Apple released security update for OS X El Capitan
Last version OS X El Capitan still has quite few a users, so the security and stability of their devices remain important.
Despite the fact that macOS Sierra is currently the latest operating system for Mac, last version OS X El Capitan still has quite a few users, so Apple must continue working on the security and stability of their devices.
Two days ago Apple has released a security update (2016-003 patch) for OS X EI Capitan, and the estimated size is 623.9 MB. Devices that supports this system can get updated through Mac App Store. Although the patch hasn’t appeared on the update page of Apple’s official site, it will be there soon. Some reporter said the 2016-003 patch should’ve launched along with macOS Sierra on December 1st last year.
We also heard that this update fixed the kernel errors that may cause system crashes. We think most users may have received the update notification now, if you also got the security update notification, you should install it asap to have the stronger protection and stability for your system.
