macOS 10.13.6 officially launched: see what’s new

Instead of providing much new content, this update mainly focused on bug fixes and security improvements.

A few days ago, Apple launched macOS High Sierra 10.13.6, the 6th update of the system. About a month ago, macOS 10.13.5 was introduced with the support for iCloud information.

Now macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 can be downloaded directly from Mac App Store. Devices that have run macOS High Sierra can also get the update through Mac App Store.

Instead of providing much new content, this update mainly focused on bug fixes and security improvements. During its beta version, on obvious changes have been discovered. According to Apple’s update instructions, however, the system added AirPlay 2 multi-Room audio and support of HomePod stereo Mix for iTunes.

Other improvements and fixes
Fixes and issue that may prevent Photose from recoginizing AVCHD media from some cameras
Fixes an issue that may prevent Mail users from moving a message from Gmail to another account

Like Ios 11.4.1, macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 might be the last update for macOS High Sierra, since Apple has rolled out macOS Mojave in June, and the update will be released for public in fall. macOS Mojave is only available for developers and testers for now.
