Apple Releases iOS 10 beta 3 and macOS beta 3 for Developers
Apple has just released the third iOS beta for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch for developers testing since WWDC (the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference) 2016. iOS 10 provides a brand new look of Apple Music and News plus loads of new features to the platform. The software update will be ready for every user later this fall.
In the meanwhile, since showing off the software update for the Mac at WWDC 2016, Apple has also released the third developer preview of macOS Sierra today. The latest release is available now through the Mac App Store. macOS Sierra’s headlining features is Siri on the Mac while beta 2 tuned on Auto-Unlock which lets Apple Watch users skip the password login screen. In addition, Apple Pay is also coming to Safari with macOS Sierra.
If you want to iOS 10 beta on your iPhone or iPad, go to the Software Update section of the Settings app to find the OTA (Over-the-air programming) updates. If you are a registered developer intending to start testing iOS 10 with beta 3, go to the Apple’s developer page to install the beta profile. For non-developers, Apple is currently testing iOS 10 through the public beta program, which usually receives updates a couple of days after developers.
Apple also started public beta testing macOS Sierra with the previous build. Update to the public beta usually follow a couple of days after the developer update’s release.
