Easier Way to Search for Missing Messages in G-mail
Are you gonna lose grip when you can’t find out some important E-mail in your G-mail account? Now things has been changed. You can find out your missing E-mail much more easily since the search functionality has been greatly improved.
You may always perform a thorough search in these three steps:
1.Enter the search items into search box at the page to search key words of your in-box
2.If not found, open your Spam folder in the left panel, which works the same as key words search.
3.If you failed again, open Trash folder to search your key words.
However, with the improvement of the search functionality of G-mail, you will see a line at the bottom of your search result when you find nothing with step one:

When you see the line, you can click “View messages”, by which you will see massages that you have trashed mistakenly or hidden by G-mail’s spam filter. You can find your massages on the condition that you can tell any details of it, yet when you are searching some E-mails that are too general to return useful results, you might see a line as follows.
Improve result with search options such as sender, date, size and more.
When you click on the “Search options”, a panel will show up to help you narrow down the search scope by refining your search items.
Instead of adopting the typical steps to search for missing messages, now you can utilize a new way to perform your search.
