Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen achieved 2015 Carnegie charity award
Carnegie Foundation announced the winner of 2015 Carnegie charity award recently, and it went to Paul Allen, the Microsoft’s co-founder.
Carnegie Foundation was established in 2001. And it awards the honor every two years. It speaks highly of the awardees or their family for what their great contributions in a specific industry, country or international society during their implementation of the charity career. The Carnegie Foundation was built to honor Carnegie who engaged himself into the charity career after his retirement a hundred years ago.
Carnegie Foundation explained why this award went to Paul Allen with details. Paul Allen made great contribution to fight with Ebola, rescue endangered species, educational research and brain science. The Foundation staff also gave the figures that Paul Allen had donated to the Foundation.
