Microsoft announces it will stop providing free Officer 365 version

Microsoft and PC manufacturers teamed up to install the trail edition of Officer 365 on some laptops and iPad computer in the past year. Microsoft will make a great change for its cooperation between those PC manufacturers soon. The latest news from Microsoft that it announced the company will stop providing the free trail edition of Officer 365 soon,reporting Beijing morning time on August 17.

The users can install the free edition of Officer 365 through Windows, Mac OS X, iPad computers and smartphone devices in a year after they got the trail edition of Officer 365. The trail edition offers 1TB Cloud storage space and of One Drive and 60 minutes free talk on Skype each month. These coupons attract more users to buy new computers for applying those features.

However, the users need to pay for the Officer 365 if they want to continue to use it when the trail edition is due. In other words, the users are not able to use the free edition of Officer 365 and free Cloud storage space any more. The annually premium of Officer 365 is $ 70.

The Generic application of Windows 10 Office will be free after its evaluation of authorization period. But the Generic application edition won’t offer the same functions as Officer 365 does.
